PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION PROCEDURE
- A Contract for Target Financing is signed between the beneficiary and the NTEF upon final approval of the project proposal by the Advisory Committee and the Board of Directors.
- The beneficiary initiates a tender procedure for selection of contractor/supplier in accordance with the relevant Bulgarian legislation, agreeing it on each stage with the NTEF.
- The project is implemented based on a contract between the beneficiary and the selected contractor/supplier.
